Possible jail time for Kate Moss
British police reports that Kate Moss would be arrested when she returns to her homeland. She risks jail for up to 30 years. She also risks losing her custody of her daughter.

Kate’s lawyer says she has no plans of returning to Great Britain before Christmas. Kate is currently on an island in the Caribbean.
